The AR Billboard offered a short, meaningful moment of self-reflection. Each visitor interacted with an AR filter that revealed a personalised message about what they should appreciate in themselves. This made the experience feel warm, personal, and confidence-boosting. Participants could also write Valentine’s Day messages to loved ones, which appeared instantly on the Gulliver shopping mall screen, creating a sense of connection and surprise. The activation encouraged people to pause, engage emotionally, and walk away with a positive, shareable memory.
